Booking Terms

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your class booking, please keep the following in mind:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your class up to 14 days before the scheduled date. While we do not offer refunds, we will issue credits for future classes.
• Rescheduling within 7 days from the class/event: If you need to make changes within the 7 days leading up to the class, please note that there is an administrative fee of $39. For charges before 7 days from the class, the first change is complimentary, any subsequent changes will incur the same fee.
• Refunds: Please note we have a no-refund policy for all our baking classes. In lieu of refunds, we offer credits for future classes if cancellations are made at least 14 days prior to the class date. Only if we cancel a class due to low numbers or force majeure, we will process a refund.
