Once a month, we open our kitchen for a handful of dessert lovers to collect an exclusive mystery box of decadent Latin desserts. Handmade, small-batch, one day only - once sold out, it’s gone.

  2. Collect - pick it up on the special collection day.

  3. Enjoy - unwrap, savour and share (or not!).

FAQ

Q: What’s actually in the box?

That’s the fun - it’s a surprise every month! It could be cakes, tarts, pastries, alfajores or other Latin classics. We only promise two things: it’s handmade in small batches and deliciously indulgent.

Q: Is it the same every month?
Never. Once a month means once only. Each box has its own unique mix of flavours and textures. We don’t repeat boxes, so if you miss one… well, you miss it.

Q: Can I choose what’s inside?
Part of the joy is discovering new favourites - so no swapping, no picking  If you have allergies, let us know when ordering so we can advise if the box is suitable or provide alternatives.

Q: How much food is in one box?
Serves three comfortably… unless you invite that one friend who always asks for seconds. In that case, better make it two boxes!

Q: Can I get it delivered?
We’re keeping it pick-up only, so you get the desserts exactly as they’re meant to be. Make the trip, it’s worth it… and it’s your perfect excuse for a sneaky taste before you get home.

Q: How do I order?
Online only. Just reserve and pay through our website. You’ll get an email with pick-up details. Once we’re sold out, that’s it until the next month.

Q: Where do I pick it up?
From our baking studio on the set collection date. Exact address amd times will be in your confirmation email.

Q: Are the boxes gluten-free/dairy-free?
A: A few items may be gluten-free, but we can’t promise the whole box will be. Dairy-free and vegan treats aren’t part of this monthly mix - these desserts love their butter and cream. 

Q: Can I order more than one box?
A: Yes - while stock lasts. A lot of our customers get one to enjoy and one to gift (or keep hidden for themselves).

Q: What if I can’t pick up on the day?
A: These are freshly made and best enjoyed within 48 hours. If you can’t make the date, consider gifting your spot to a friend... they’ll love you forever!

Q: Will I like what’s inside?
A: If you like boring desserts, probably not. If you love bold flavours, melt-in-your-mouth textures and a little bit of adventure - then yes, you’re in for a treat.

Q: Can I open it in the car on the way home?
A: We recommend waiting… but we also know Melbourne traffic. If you “sample” one on the way, we won’t judge.
