Orders & Delivery

• Everything is baked to order. Place your order before 1pm Monday to Thursday and we'll usually process it the same day, dispatching within 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.
  

• Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, longer for regional or international addresses. We deliver to physical addresses only, PO Boxes can't be accepted.

 

• Ordering around a weekend or public holiday may push your delivery date back.

 

• Collecting at a market or tasting event? Order by 1pm the Thursday before the event and we'll be in touch to confirm collection time.

 

• Delivery dates are estimates. We'll do everything we can to hit them, but we can't be held responsible for courier delays outside our control, including strikes, natural disasters or other disruptions.

 

• Promotions and discounts may carry their own terms and can be changed or withdrawn without notice. Discounts apply to the goods only, not shipping, tax or service fees.
