A wonderful experience

It was a wonderful experience to learn to bake the Alfajores biscuits with my son through this class. The teacher (Jennifer) was very friendly and explained the steps clearly for us to follow. It was interesting to learn about where this recipe comes from originally and the occasions on which this is baked originally.The quality of the ingredients provided for the baking was also very good.

We had such a great time in the class!

The first batch was as big as burgers, so we learned our lesson to make them much thinner. The second batch was much better! We are looking forward to trying them again and sharing them with our family.
