Dulce de Leche Alfajores - Margot & Montañez

Smooth, crisp, beautiful and plain lavish!

"Alfajores" are one of my favourite sweets and "Margot & Montanez" reminded me why... They melt in your mouth as luscious flavours and textures burst at once. We're very excited at finding the real deal so accessibly... And more so at the discovery of these new flavours: Pistachio and chocolate, total decadence. Strawberry: zing delight... and dulce de leche, just a sovereign classic.
If you are new to it all and love a good sweet, macaroon, biscuit, or whatever you want to call it.. you just HAVE to try them.

Arrived the day after I placed the order (I live locally,) wonderfully presented. Delicious little biscuits with a wonderful texture, caramel-y. Have been assured they're lovely dipped in tea, but I ate mine too fast to notice. Am defending the remaining boxes from the rest of my family, the vultures.

Just Glorious

I went to a recording of the Kitchen Cabinet which highlighted these wonderful biscuits. Having used sharp elbows to ensure I was able to try one, I could not wait to order some as soon as I got home. They are delicious with a light, crumbly, melt in the mouth texture. Like Goldilock's porridge - they are just right - not too sweet, not too heavy - just perfect.
